Frequently asked questions

How do I unlock a car?

Open the app, go to SCAN QR and point the camera at the QR code on a QRace card. The car appears in your garage.

Where do I get QRace cards?

QRace cards come in QRace card packs (6 cards and a leaflet) and with QRace Lollipop. They are sold in shops. The app does not sell anything.

The camera does not open.

Allow camera access. Android: Settings › Apps › QRace › Permissions. iOS: Settings › QRace › Camera.

A card does not scan.

Use good light, hold the card flat and fill the frame with the QR code. If it still fails, email us a photo of the card back (no people in the photo, please).

I changed phones. Are my cars lost?

Progress is saved only on the device. Scan your cards again on the new phone to unlock them.

Does the app have ads or in-app purchases?

No. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no tracking.
